Purpose & Summary

This notice announces a one-day public meeting to discuss applicable definitions and available geospatial information system (GIS) data sources for marine coastal waters, coastal beaches and the Great Lakes, pertaining to Coastal Ecological Unusually Sensitive Areas (USA).

This public meeting will not be web cast; however, a conference call number, Skype for Business meeting link, and copies of the presentation slides will be available on this webpage prior to the meeting. Any documents presented will also be available on the meeting website and posted on the E-Gov website: http://www.regulations.gov under docket number PHMSA-2017-0094 within 30 days following the meeting.

Public Participation

This meeting is open to the public. The public will have an opportunity to comment during the meeting.

Conference Call Information

Twenty-four hours prior to the meeting conference call details, a Skype for Business meeting link and presentation materials will be emailed to all registered attendees. Skype for Business only requires internet access; you do not need to have Skype installed on your machine or be a customer to use the meeting link.

Forty-eight hours prior to the meeting details for attending in-person at the US DOT Headquarters will be emailed to all confirmed in-person registrants.
