Meeting of the Gas Pipeline Advisory Committee and the Liquid Pipeline Advisory Committee

This notice announces a public meeting of the Gas Pipeline Advisory Committee (GPAC), also known as the Technical Pipeline Safety Standards Committee, and the Liquid Pipeline Advisory Committee (LPAC), also known as the Technical Hazardous Liquid Pipeline Safety Standards Committee. The committees will meet to discuss whether or not to adopt section 4.2 of ASTM D2513-09a, "Standard Specification for Polyethylene (PE) Gas Pressure Pipe, Tubing, and Fittings," for PE materials. Section 4.2 addresses the use of rework materials.

The Advisory Committee meetings will not be web cast; however, presentations will be available on this meeting website and posted in the E-Gov Web Site: https://www.regulations.gov under docket number PHMSA—2009-0203 within 30 days following the meeting.
